Holding a PhD in Psychology, Dr. Vicky has over 20 years of experience as a psychologist and entrepreneur, directing multiple businesses across the healthcare sector including her own private practice, a medical centre, and as a registered care provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
As a business coach and mentor, Dr. Vicky uses her experience to help other healthcare entrepreneurs build themselves and grow their businesses. She has built a national community for care professionals and business owners, with hundreds of events hosted across Australia - from networking events to training workshops.
Now, she’s hosting an all-inclusive 10-day international conference and holiday retreat for care professionals and business owners across the healthcare industry.
